It starts with an evaluation of the technical feasibility of the project, analyzing the specifications of the proposed design. In this phase, the costs and timing are defined, considering the materials and technologies required to meet the customer’s needs.
A prototype is created to confirm the design’s correspondence to the initial idea. This can be created with 3D printing for quick verification, or directly in the chosen materials for greater fidelity to the final product.
After a thorough review of the prototype, any changes are made to optimize comfort, aesthetics and functionality. Once the prototype is accepted, the project moves to the next phase.
We proceed with the choice of acetate colors, application of decorative materials (such as leather and metals), selection of lenses and metal hardware.
We also have advanced customization technologies such as thermoforming (for temples and fronts), 3D multiaxis processing and laminations. It is also possible to add engravings or logos to make each product unique.
After final approval, the project is formalized and production begins. Execution according to OEM/ODM standards is guaranteed, respecting agreed specifications and quality.
